As the name indicates these candies get a little shot of your favorite liquor or ice wine combined with either our 64% Dark Chocolate, or Creamy Milk Chocolate and fresh cream to make a smooth, rich, and creamy ganache.
Ice Wine Truffle: We use a Dark Chocolate ganache infused with Ice wine. Ice wine is a sweet dessert wine made from frozen on the vine grapes. This provides a full flavor and makes a beautiful combination. The ganache is finished in our Dark Chocolate Shell.
Grand Marnier Trufle: We use our Dark Chocolate ganache, flavored with Grand Mariner and finished in our Dark Chocolate outer shell and topped with a little orange zest.
Bailey's Irish Cream Truffle: We use a Dark Chocolate ganache flavored with Bailey's Irish Cream, and finished in our Dark Chocolate shell.
Chambord Truffle: We use a Milk Chocolate ganache infused with a Raspberry Chambord Liquor, and finished in our Milk Chocolate outer shell.
Amarreto Truffle: We use a Dark Chocolate ganache with a amarreto center, and finished in our Milk Chocolate Shell.
